I have been taking kava for years, even though it was primarily used in the states as an alcohol alternative I saw it more as a way for fit people to stay fitter. Especially for military guys. The biggest downside was the silt at the bottom when taking traditional kava. I always imagined that kava would be made into a can that was convenient and effective. Love what this brand is doing
